GFL Summer Speed & Conditioning
Our popular, low-cost speed & conditioning sessions are back for 2022!
- Designed for ages 5-12
- All youth in our local community are welcome - they do not have to participate in GFL or other sports to attend.
- $5 cash and carry, no registration required
- Led by the GFL's "Coach Sip" Matt Sipniewski (NSCA CSCS certified)
